John has worked as a personal trainer for over 15 years and holds personal training certifications from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). John will help you achieve your fitness goals through a safe, effective, and individualized exercise program while keeping you motivated and interested by incorporating various training methods. No two sessions will be the same! In his spare time, John enjoys practicing and competing in Brazilian Jujitsu and teaching Lisle Park District’s Group Training class.
Ben recently lost 100 pounds of fat while adding 20-25 pounds of muscle during his complete lifestyle overhaul. He was then inspired to become a personal trainer to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. Ben holds his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and he currently serves clients ranging from teenagers through upper 70’s. Besides fat loss, Ben can help clients with gaining muscle and mobility. In his spare time, Ben coaches youth sports for his children for sports including baseball, softball, and flag football.
Jim McCarthy is an ISSA Certified Senior Fitness Trainer and has experience working with a variety of clients. His primary experience is working with senior clients. Jim's training can include customized strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular programs. Benefits include; live a longer, happier and healthier life, improved mental health and cognitive function, and disease prevention. Jim's passion is putting together a program so you can reach your fitness goals and receive the various benefits from your efforts. Jim is Certified SilverSneakers BOOM Move. He has participated in triathlons, charity races, and plays numerous sports. Jim has partnered with a Vet Center to provide fitness training to Veterans.
